Description of product given by company on their website: "Clean and refreshing, our Arctic Mint is going to remind you why you love menthol!"
The smell: The liquid itself has a very faint minty smell. The vapor did not seem to have any smell.
The taste: It tastes like an Andes chocolate mint but without the chocolate. Mildly sweet, mildly minty and smooth.
Aftertaste: A light minty taste will linger on your taste buds for a brief period of time.
Vapor production: Plenty of Vapor
Throat Hit: Mild but seems to have slightly more of an impact on you after the first initial drags.
My thoughts: I think the description given by Johnson Creek on their site is very misleading for "true" menthol smokers. For those who don't like strong menthol tastes or who generally never smoked menthol analogs and want something a lot more subdued then this is a good juice to try. I personally don't like strong mints and I don't like menthol analogs so it's no surprise that I actually loved the taste of it.
Suggestion: I could see this as being a good liquid to mix with some of JC's stronger flavored ones if you want to tone it down a bit and give it a subtle minty background taste without overpowering the stronger flavored liquid. I am considering getting the 24MG strength in the future to do this.
**Next review soon to come: Hawaiian Kona Coffee**
Please note I spent a couple of evenings to consume the entire sampler bottle before I wrote this review to avoid any trial and error in my taste results. It was tested on a clean unused BE-112 atomizer with a passthrough on a fully-charged kensington power-pack. All liquid is VG based and 18MG strength
