Juice companies and their customer service

I am pretty new to the e-cig experience, (about 5 months) but I’ve been at it long enough to know that there is a seemingly endless array of options as far as equipment and especially juices go. Now, as far as what set up you use and your taste in juice, is objective, so it’s pointless to say one product is better than another. However, I feel that one thing we can all agree on is customer service. When a company goes out of its way to make you happy, it’s something that sticks with you. You’ll be more likely to be a return customer, as well as refer friends and family further driving their business. Adversely, if a company disregards your concerns, and does not treat you as a VALUED customer, that is also something you will not soon forget. I have run into both ends of the spectrum.
I don’t know that I have ever experienced better customer service that when dealing with VAPE DUDES. I had ordered some juice that I thought had a funny taste to them. I actually posted in a thread on ECF asking if anyone had experience the same thing. Chris, Who I believe is the owner and operator vape dudes, contacted me directly by messaging me through my ECF account to rectify the situation. Chris offered me 2 free bottles of their premium liquid. He put me in touch with their customer service rep, Annie (if I remember correctly) who was extremely friendly and helpful. A few days later, I had 60MLs of premium Vape dudes juice in my mail box. I must admit, I feel kind of bad looking back because the original juices I ordered turned out to be pretty damn good, they just needed to steep. Of course when I dealt with them was when I was starting out vaping and knew nothing about steeping. I am blown away with the level of customer service they provided me and plan to purchase from them again soon.
On the other hand, I have dealt with bad customer service, and Puff Vapors Las Vegas (PVLV) comes to mind. I had received some of the Puff vapors juice in my nicpik subscription box. One in particular (Puff Butter) tasted HORRIBLE to me. I didn’t contact them through email or ask them to give me anything to make it right, all I did was try to leave a comment on their website for that particular flavor. The comment read something like “Butterscotch flavored cardboard with a hint of peanut butter on the exhale” which is in my opinion, an honest review. I click submit and a message pops up saying “your comment will be submitted for review” WHAT?! Isn’t a review meant to let other potential customers know what you thought of their product? Needless to say, my review was not approved by PVLV. While my review wasn’t necessarily positive, it also wasn’t a extremely negative rant chocked with profanities and slander. There are plenty of other companies that don’t screen reviews including the above mentioned vape dudes. I have seen plenty of negative reviews for their juice, although few and far between. I am guessing that PVLV has more than a few complaints on the way its juice tastes to be so protective and controlling over the reviews. It’s quite obvious that reviews are not what they are looking for, I think what they want are testimonials.

This isn’t meant to sway your opinion on one company or the other. These are just examples of the customer service I have experienced with these two companies. One thrilled me, and one irked me to no end (probably more than it should have)
I’d love to hear some input. Are there any companies you’ve dealt with that have shown either fantastic o very poor customer service? Id be interested to know!
