Kind Head's analog free blog - I can do this!

.

This is my smoke free blog. So I can keep track of my success.... or failure.

I had my last analog 12/21/11 around 8pm. Been analog free since. I still have 2 full unopened packs of my precious Camel Lights. Too nervous to throw them away just yet. Holding on to them in case I really need my analog fix. Hopefully I get to the point were I know I've made the switch for good, then be able to throw them out, or give them away.

I feel pretty good so far. Yesterday I was still craving the analogs. Just felt like I was lacking something. Couldn't quite get my fix. I'm sure it's all the other chemicals in the analog that I'm missing from my vapor, so my vapor hits just weren't satisfying my cravings 100%.

Today I feel a lot better. I haven't had that analog craving yet, but the day is young. Going to be around the WHOLE family tonight, and friends of family. It's usually a stressful event for me. So I hope the analog cravings don't come back then. It will be a lot harder to fight that urge when their all around.

This blog is mostly intended for myself. Just so I can keep track of my progress. But it's open for anyone to read and comment on.

Please God, just let me get through tonight, and it will be a lot easier from then on out.:nun:

Vape on bruthas and sistas.

It's getting easier and easier. I just threw away a half pack of analogs (they were probably stale anyways). I still have 2 unopened packs of analogs, holding onto now for emergencies. Maybe in the near future I can toss them out for good!
