First day of Spring Semester '11 and it went very well! I purchased all of my books, juggled and played "stage games" in Intro to Theatre class, went to the post office to grab my Gourmet Vapor order, and my friend called to let me know that he found my PCC! I've been using his, and even ordered a whole new starter kit... 
but at least it's been found!
The only downside today is that my "spot" at school, the cafeteria, is under construction! They just started it, even though there was TWO MONTHS that this could have been done. I rely on the cafe for internet, studying, and of course FOOD! At least they have a "food stand" with deli sandwiches and bagels and such. It could be worse...
As for my Vaporbomb mix-up, that has been cleared and I couldn't be happier. VB is still my must-have vapor vendor! Also, my Gourmet Vapor stuff is tasty but REALLY needs to steep. The flavors are everywhere! I can taste each "ingredient" separately, so they need steeping, except for Maiden Coffee- VERY TASTY STUFF!
