This is the one I use for a touch switc, it can also be used for a simple .5ma mechanical switch.
Digi-Key - IRF8736TRPBFCT-ND (Manufacturer - IRF8736TRPBF)
This bugger is small! I also use SMD resistors and CAPs with this. Tis allows for a VERY small package for smaller mods that a small tactile switch is prefered in.

Note the touch switch can actually be replaced with a tactile switch, and in this schematic IF you are going to make a touch switch then you would want to replace the 4.7M resistor with a 100M resistor.
