Hi all,

I very new at this site (been lurking for a week, sorry!). I'm STILL waiting for my order from Puresmoker, it's been a week, website says they've been shipped although I've yet to receive and email confirmation...WHAT'S with that?? :confused:

I really want this to work, as I live in the northeast where the price of analogs are going up, up, up, every week. Also want to be completely off them as soon as possible....LONG time smoker and from what I've read here ecigs could be my salvation!! You are all very encouraging to me.

Will keep reading and watching the mail; when they arrive I know I will have lots of questions to post.

I too placed an order with Puresmoker a week ago, and still have no product. When I emailed them (twice) to get the method of shipping and a tracking number, all I got were computer generated customer service replies saying someone will get back to me. I tried calling Steve at the number on the PayPal receipt, but I just get a message saying his Sprint voicemail box is full. They seemed so nice at first, very helpful when I placed my order. I filed a dispute with PayPal. You had better do the same. Too bad. I was really looking forward to vaping. Now I have to start over looking for a supplier.

No. It turns out that after a week the Post Office says they tried to deliver today. However, they left no notice on the door as they said, and I was here all day. I still have not received any response from PS, though they did reply to Pay Pal with a tracking number when I filed a dispute, otherwise I would not even know that the PO says they tried to deliver today. With any luck, I may get this sorted out tomorrow. I'll post an update.

OK, I apologize to PS ...I did get my ecigs yesterday, jury is still out but I'm thinking this could REALLY work for me! Nothing else ever has, patches, nico inhaler, nasal spray, you name it I've tried it.......cravings cravings cravings with all of them. Now I need to figure out which level of nicotine works best for me, and maybe I'll learn to 'drip'. From what I've read on this board that seems to be the way to go for alot of reasons. Wish me luck!!
