Owwwwieeee!!!

Oh man! Have you ever fallen so hard it knocks the wind out of you? You kinda lay there for a minute convinced you're gonna die? Well, that's pretty much what it felt like when I fell off the vaping wagon. I'm still not really sure what the breaking point was, but it seemed like life just started to snowball on me there for a while.
First I broke my only charger, on a Friday, and had no way to replace it. Then I somehow tore apart one of the only two batteries I had. These miraculously bad accidents just kept happening, and then life started to pile on more. I bought and moved into my first home, my store was being remodeled, switching between day and night shifts, I couldn't keep employees on staff to save my life, I was working 60-70 hours a week, I had a bit of a wild night and gave up four years of vegitarianism and to top it off my husband and I called it quits. Needless to say, stress levels were high.
At first it was just one, then a few, then I was smoking whole packs again and hating myself with every drag for all of the hard work I was undoing. All of the things vaping gave me went right out the window. No more keen sense of smell or taste. My car developed a light dusting of ash on every surface. My singing voice didn't just go down hill, it jumped off a freaking cliff. All of my money was literally going up in flames. But the worst thing was my friends and family losing their faith. It was just like being a kid again and having my parents tell me how disappointed they were.
There are a few things I have learned through all of this though. I learned I can shotgun an energy drink pretty fast if I'm desperate to stay awake. I learned that bacon is freaking amazing. I learned that when life gives me lemons, my friends will be there with vodka and sugar. I also learned that not just vaping, but the vaping community was really important to me. I was lucky enough to find some people here that are truly amazing. I have been astounded by the kindness and generosity of vendors I have purchased from, and I have sincerely missed the sense of wonder and adventure vaping gave me.
I'm now preparing myself to give this another go. I'm stocking up on my juices, and replacing all my broken parts so I won't have any excuses. Keep your fingers crossed for me, I'm gonna need all the help I can get!
