Penny build part 2

So now I've got my terrible looking wick and wire ready to go.

You'll want to now drop that bad (looking) boy into the Penny housing like so, NR wires running down the channels.

Then push the wick into the channels, holding it with your fingers. You want to make sure none of the coils go past the top edge of the housing or it could short on the mouth piece.

Then screw the retaining nut on the housing to hold the wick/coil assembly down.

Next you'll wrap the positive NR wire around the post clockwise a full turn. The positive is the NR in the ceramic channel.

Then attach the positive wire retaining nut and remove the excess NR wire. After tightening the nut simply rocking/spinning it around with a bit of tension will snap it off clean.

Then you'll want to trim the negative NR wire in the metal channel, snipping it off at the end of the channel under the silica wick. The wick will hold it in place and make the negative connection against the housing.

Straighten the wicks back out and throw the O-ring on the post and you should have something like this.

Then using the scissors again snip the excess wicks off below the O-ring like so

And boom, your done. Well, with the coil build anyway. All thats left is to screw the housing into the base until you've got a bit of the positive pin showing...

and then tighten the first wick retaining nut to the base.

On to part 3!
