Perfumers apprentice chocolate

So, I got bored tonight, and that means mixing. So I decided to mix up some chocolate and whipped cream. Naturally I was a little hesitant, so I started with five percent chocolate, then I dumped half the bottle of whipped cream on the floor, 'cause clumsily is how I roll, and I added three percent whipped cream to my mix. It seemed a bit weak, so I actually went ahead and read, like I should have in the first place, and it looks like ten to fifteen is good. So I upped it to ten, and that seems better. I will let this steep and follow up later.
