This is my Smalls VV PassThru
Uses a 13.2v wall-wart. all I had on hand. A bit excessive, but what ever.
Uses a switching regulator (KIS-3R33S). They can be easily found under $1-USD.
Parts List:
KIS-3R33S (mod to specs on that link)
13.2vdc wall-wart (salvaged from an InterCoolerTS PS3 fan)
two 22uf 50v capacitors
1.5k ohm resistor
Slide On/Off Switch
tactile N/O switch
5mm red/green LED
Altoids Smalls tin - any drug store
will update as progress. waiting on a trimmer from HK

The goods. Im getting better at wire management and judging wire lengths
I need to get the pot in, and get some epoxy to finish this. The hot glue was to just hold the input and switch in place temporarily.
