I used to use Organic cotton balls for my wicks and Many people recommended Rayon.
I wicked it as I did cotton. Tight but still able to slide in the coil. I started vaping at 12.5 watts and within 10 minutes burned the wick.
I was told the Rayon had to be very tight in the coil and it did not wick well and burned that one.
I finally got the Rayon wicking right and decided it would be my first blog.
Step 1. Get the Rayon as tight as possible.
Step 2. Thin the tails so they are only about 40% as many fibers at the end as there is inside the coil.
Wicks much faster than Cotton. The Rayon also breaks in faster and lasts longer than cotton.
