Yes you can mix it with PG. If you put 5 drops Splendex in 5mL PG then you then 1/2 an mL would contain 1/2 a drop of Splendex. If you put 4 drops of Splendex in 8 mL of PG the each mL would contain 1/2 a drop of Splendex and 1/2ml would contain 1/4 drop of Splendex.
