Just before Christmas, my USB device quit working which kind of peeved me - but no matter I thought, I had already made the plunge a couple of weeks ago to the 0mg/ml nicotine for my juice. Decided this must be a sign to end the cycle... Was kind of odd not grabbing the eCiggie first thing in the morning with that first cup of coffee, or after a good meal, but the oddness wore off quickly.
I do not think that there is a magic bullet here, nor a magic formula on how to use the eCiggies as a method to quit smoking. I started with 24mg/ml, went a few weeks and dropped to the 18mg/ml. Stayed at the 18mg/ml the longest, tried various flavors (yeah My Freedom Smoke for the great flavors), then dropped to the 12mg/ml. Stayed at 12mg/ml for a couple of months and then went to 6mg/ml for a couple of months, then dropped to 0mg/ml.
Like I said, no magic here, and no regrets either. I had been smoking for over 40 years, now I feel better, my meals taste better, and the things I now smell make me wonder what I have been missing over the years.
