So I've ordered from HeavenGifts.com several times now and wanted to give a personal review of them, especially shipping times.
Their website is 100% functional, and I have found to be easier to use then most out there. The shopping cart opens in a new tab leaving you at your current page, which I really like.
Their customer service is excellent; based on a few problems I had and their resolutions to them exceeded my expectations and expected response times.
Since I haven't ordered anything from any other website in China; I can't give an opinion based on any other contrast but American based websites. In this light, I view shipping and cost of shipping to be dismal at best. This is not the fault of HG at all, and I don't hold any of the shipping problems against them; but I simply do not have the patience anymore considering current alternatives in the US now. Prices used to force me to go to china.
