my last blog post was the end of last year and at the time I was having some breathing issues even after going back to vaping. These issues required me to hit an inhaler once a night or two.
Well I'm happy to say I don't have those issues anymore. I've remained smoke free since last October.
The first week of January this year I got sick. Not entirely sure what it was but during that time I quit vaping as well. Went through a hell of time with the nicotine with drawls which resulted in a mild depression for a few days and then some stress. About two weeks later the stress was getting to be a big much and decided I would start vaping 0 nic juice of my own creation. So I did. That lasted a couple week and then I just stopped everything completely for a couple weeks. Soon however I decided I wanted to vape again so I started back up on the 0 nic. I carried on vaping the 0 nic for the next month or two.
As of a week or two ago, having been nicotine free for 3.5 months, i decided I wanted some nicotine again. So I started vaping 18mg and I'm enjoying it very much. Just two days ago I ordered some bulk nicotine PG base juice for my own DIY mixes. That should arrive tomorrow or Tuesday. I haven't had any breathing problems in over a couple of months. Haven't had to hit an inhaler at all. I think that period of quitting everything for a couple weeks really helped me heal. So that's good news. So now I've been completely smoke free for 7 months and really enjoying the vaping and nicotine again.
Between January and April I had taken a break from ECF. To be honest i've been busy with other things. This year has been a year of change. I don't want to go into details, some is good and some is bad, but ultimately the winds of change are upon me this year. While ECF is a great place, i've been consistently happy with my hardware and juice selection for the past five months, so there hasn't been a whole lot to talk about or add to my vaping arsenal. At this point new hardware models aren't of much interest and the only juice that interests me will be the stuff I'm mixing myself. So I'll probably end up spending mos tof my time in the DIY Liquid section when I am here. But we shall see.
