I was a pack a day smoker DIY with bulk tobacco .Its been 4 months I mostly vape tobacco flavors about 75% of the time. I vape 2.4 or 24 mg about 3 mils a day. Lots of folks vape 1.8 , 1.2 or lower after awhile but 2.4 works for me
