Failing at wick and coil making for the ZAP. The last wick made vaped way too hot - no flavor and painful. Awaiting arrival of silica to try a new wick and get back on track.
Received the Temon atomizer. That thing made it from Greece to Germany to Oregon in 2-1/2 days. My PrecisePlus 18350 should be here Monday and I cannot wait to pair them up. My vaping friend/fiend was over when I received my mail and he immediately got online and ordered one for himself after I unpackaged it (he is on the list for a Caravela). I haven't yet set it up with a wick and coil - I'm going to need further direction for that. This Temon is polished. I’m hopeful to order a full Temon in satin finish here soon. temon-full-set
No new juice flavors received or tried this week. My first herbal tea extract into glycerin is now steeping in the basement.
We made a trip to 82nd Avenue Tobacco & Pipe and I picked up 4 varieties of pipe tobacco to extract for the ultimate in DIY juice. They smell fantastic. We also found a great pipe stand for use with e-cigs and I'm going to have to find 1 or 2 more for my house. It holds 2 PVs in opposite directions so there isn’t a worry that it will tip with too much weight. Pipe Stand - Pipe Stand - 2 Pipe Wooden Stand - Walnut Finish I see it is available in a 4-pipe configuration, so I’m seeing that next to me and the 2-pipe on the other end table.
My friend that I sold my eGo starter kit to is still vaping and has only had 1 cigarette since mid-December. I’m so happy that he has stuck with it. I sold him some surplus juice, a couple of clearomizers and some replacement heads today. His craving for nicotine/cigarettes has subsided and he is back running and feeling the difference of being a non-smoker. He will most likely join into the little Friday afternoon vape and cocktail parties I seem to be hosting weekly. Yay!
I'm currently pairing a Tennessee Mule cocktail (rye whiskey, lime, bitters and ginger beer) with KBV Jamaican Ginger Mint vape. Fantastic.
