I don't have any affiliation with Smokeless Image, but they do make good pvs and have excellent customer service. So here's the answers to some questions, which also correct some misinformation that occasionally gets repeated.
Question 1: Do Smokeless Image only make cig size pvs?
No. Smokeless Image carry two sizes of mini ecigs called Volts and 3 fatt batts called X2.
For form factor, a lot of people like the minis - these aren't a lot bigger than cig size and come in 65mm or 78mm. These are great for places where you want to be more discreet when vaping. Mine have been just what I needed for work. During my work week I have to go out and visit elsewhere - to places with very strict no smoking policies. The Volts are ideal for this.
The X2s are similar in size to Ego batteries. They come in three sizes - 650mah, 900mah, and 1300 mah. The pic below gives a size comparison:

Question 2: Is the voltage as good as an Ego?
Actually, it's better. Egos are 3.4 volts. The Smokeless Image batteries are all regulated at 3.6-3.7 volts.
Question 3: Any good video reviews?
Lots of them. Below is pbusardo's review - he has reviewed all kinds of pvs and is an honest independent reviewer.

Since Grimm Green posted this review Smokeless Image have brought out sealed batteries - an important change. He said he got 4 hours of heavy vaping from a Volt mini. Also check out what he has to say in his comments under his review.
Question 4: Are they expensive?
No - compared to over-priced minis like Greensmoke these are a deal breaker.
Firstly check out the Smokeless Image Starter kits.
You'd want two batteries really as everyone needs a backup - so lets say $44.95 for the Standard Starter kit. Add your first fatt batt - a 650 mah X2 for another $20. That's two minis with everything you need to start off and a big batt. Total - $64.95.
If you want two smaller, more cig size, more discreet ecigs then the Smokeless Image Starter kit gives you that, and everything is compatible with the larger X2 if you want a bigger battery. A lot of people like having both sizes.
They also have cheaper starter kits and packs, as low as $20.
Question 5: Can you only use Smokeless Image e-juice flavors?
Not at all! Smokeless Image do sell flavors, but they also sell blank cartomizers, and clearomizers so you can buy any juices from anyone you want and use them with their products. I use flavors from different suppliers. Although I have to say Smokeless Image 555 is still my fave.
Question 6: What about that guy who says they aren't set to the sweet spot?
Has he ever even used them? The Smokeless Image batteries and cartomizers are matched - voltage and ohms, to give the best vapor from the combination. One guy who hasn't even used them does not make an expert.
Question 7: Are they just for social smokers?
Hardly. I used to smoke 45-50 a day, and I use Volts and X2s - and lets not forget all the others who also use them and have quit smoking. People who have never used them make assumptions based on how the smaller Volts look - but as the video review from pbusardo shows, they don't lack in vapor or throat hit.
Question 8: Are they versatile? Do they carry good cartos and extras?
Yes. Smokeless Image batteries are 808 threaded. This means they are compatible with other 808 threaded products. Smokeless Image also carry a good range of their own accessories. Their cartomizers are bottom coil. This video explains why their cartomizers are top notch:
