Yep. I finally got a reply to the same effect last night. Glad to see that the status was updated to out of stock on the website as well.

This is text on the product page. This clearly implies that they have stock and a build process time that will allow them to ship within 1-2 weeks. Further, not answering emails three weeks after purchase, when most banks only allow 30 days to charge back, is unacceptable.
