Also Halo just came out with a new caramel flavor called Devlin last week. I haven't tried it yet but I'm sure I will be. I order eight bottles of Tribecca every 60 days and will put a bottle in my next order.

I know you said you have already tried Nicoticket but they have one called Absolute Creme Brûlée (ACB). It's amazing!! Heavy dose of Caramel, with their In House Tobacco. Seriously good! Might fit the bill.

The price is what it is.. Halo's shipping is the absolute fastest of any I have ever ordered from and I've ordered dozens of times. Never heard that one before.
I hope this suggestion is helpful.....one that I like very much and ordered more than once and recommend is Nirvana Vapor Caramel Custard Karma. Top rate to me...

Yes it's a good juice. I enjoy it myself, but it has no semblance of a heavy Caramel or what the OP was asking for. Just saying , in case the OP hasn't tried it yet. It really doesn't even qualify as an RY4.

Another vote for Absolute Creme Brulee. When I got my first bottle, the tobacco was overpowering. Now that it has aged, the caramel is strong with a nice tobacco note in the background.
I heartily recommend GJ4 from Goodejuice. It is not an RY4 to me; just really nice NET tobacco with caramel. Delish! Even though their description says "hint of vanilla", I don't taste the vanilla at all. Just a nice tobacco and caramel.

A caramel i realy like is caranilla from MLV, a very very slight hint of vanilla with a strong caramel, i usaly get it with a single shot.
You might give a test drive on Caramel Reef (pvliquids.com).

It is caramel thru and thru. I don't find it terribly sweet and the tobacco is light and right.
