Welsh survey fails to find a single vaper who isn't an x-smoker

Survey of 3565 commissioned by Welsh Labour to support their atrocious vaping ban in "public" places failed to find a single ecig user who wasn't previously a smoker, thus completely obliterating the gateway myth. However, Welsh Labour didn't like those findings, so they arbitrarily dismissed them and instead wrote a report based on a discredited gateway paper from USA.

It does seem very unlikely that ecig users who never once tried a cigarette will be found, at least not in numbers that would register any sort of serious blip on the ANTZ radar. And it makes sense to me, those who aren't attracted to smoking will most likely not be attracted to vaping unless it's a dietary issue and they're vaping to curb a sweet tooth or to not eat at certain times but even then these people may have experimented with tobacco at some point in the past. I know a few younger people who vape regularly and were not smokers but they had experimented with tobacco first.

It would be Interesting to see the Age Distribution for the 3565 participants in this Survey.
