rebuildabe atomizer help

Looking to buy an RTA but there are so many options, so I've come to you great people! Im looking for an RTA that holds a good amount of juice, has really good airflow, and a decent sized deck to build on, that wont leak! HELP ME!

The last 2 times I rebuilt the Kayfun 3.1 I got in the classies, I've noticed I've been getting dry hits, as if the juice isn't wicking. What should I do differently? Build specs: single coil,, 28 gauge wire w/8 wraps, 1.1 ohms. Wicked with 3mm silica wick.
