14500 Battery?

I placed an order with fasttech yesterday and on impulse purchased a small inexpensive mod that uses one 14500 battery. I started checking the internet for a pair of batteries today and am really confused. I started out looking for Panasonic but apparently they don't make those (at least with their name on them). There are many on Amazon claiming 1200mah but I don't buy that. It appears that 700-800mah is more reasonable.

Does anyone have experience with these batteries. If so give me a recommendation on what to purchase.
