Sigelie 100w humming?

So I took a puff and I herd a slight ringing humming noise so I put my ear to it and it is making that noise I thought it might have been something else but what is that is that bad? It seams to only do it when I take a puff and it starts to fade away after like 20 seconds? Thanks guys!

Sounds like the flux capacitor may be going bad

Its probably due to the voltage step down. Are you firing it at a really low wattage (lower than what your batteries would put out naturally? See what happens if you turn it up.

Mine emits a high pitched noise when the screen is on. As soon as it auto-dims, it stops.

I can also hear the sea when I hold it up to my ear...

I have it on .2 ohms 60w with 24guage 5 wraps but I'll try lowering the volts and see

My 100 Sig doesn't hum at all. I may just be lucky. It does, however, sing "Vaping the Night Away."

Well, as I've said, I've read about this a few times now. However, I haven't seen any reports of melting or fires or any other chaos

One person asked me if I was positive mine doesn't do it. I live in such a quiet place I can hear a car door shut half a mile down the road. I'm vaping on it right now. No buzzing.

I guess you misunderstood. The noise is a step down noise because your volts/watts are lower than what would be put out on something like a mechanical mod. Although it probably isn't hurting anything, I would bet the noise goes away if you turn it up above 88 watts, or build the atomizer at a higher resistance.
