The CE sticker makes me think this is a clone.
That and the lack of the usual hana modz holographic sticker on the internal cover.

Also, if you look at an authentic here-

you will see that the charge indicator is on the other side of the micro USB.
That number would seem to be a bit high as well, but again, I'm no expert on Hana Boxes.

I say clone the charging light and its hard to tell from the picture but it looks like the texture seems to not be a brushed finish in yours VS the Hanna You can always take it apart and look at the board just go to the the evolve dna sight and compare their board to the one in your mod. The clone chips might look similar but when you do a side by side they have alot of differences.
If it is a clone I hope you did not Pay authentic price
EDIT: I believe the Hana 3 had a fixed SS 510 is another thing you can check and the clone mostly have a adjustable screw in the 510 and most clones also have brass 510. I could be wrong about that part though Maybe the SS 510 was a option Im not a expert ether.

What are they selling it for OP? You can get authentics with slight imperfections for a reasonable price on Hanas store.

Especially when the company itself is selling for $4 more, New with a warranty. I don't think people realize Hana Mods has gone wayyyyy down in price.

Yep, buy an authentic from Hana. For $30 more they will put the spring loaded 510 in it which allows you to retain your warranty. I asked. I could change the 510 for $5, but I want the warranty.
I believe you can tell clone vs authentic by the board. If I remember correctly if the clone board has a short the screen reads shorted. If you short the authentic the board resets and says Hana Modz as if you're turning it on.
Well if hes selling a "authentic" hana mod for $95. I would consider this and see if its an authentic because this would be a good steal. I stay away from ebay as well. This guy just happens to go to my school lol

The CE marking in Europe is similar to a UL marking in the US, but generally in ecigs the "CE" marking means Chinese Export.
Hana being a US maker shouldn't have a "CE" mark at all.

Maybe, maybe not so much.
Problems happen when you substitute the security of buying from an authorized retailer or the original Modder for a "steal".
Turns out it might be worth the extra few bucks for peace of mind.
If it's a clone, it's NOT a steal.
You already don't trust the seller, or you wouldn't be asking us here.
If you bought one from Hanna, you wouldn't have to ask if it's legit.

True i knew if its a clone then yeah it wouldn't be a steal. Tbh i still thought hanas run for way more until Oberon75 mentioned it. I shouldve research first because last time i saw hanas they were 250
It's definitely a clone. They were available for between $45- $60, so your friend's asking price is
