Wow I can understand now. So if I tried to SELL a clone with trademark I'd be in trouble. Is it OK to just OWN one without selling because I recently purchased a hanna mod clone from a seller that lives in Israel. Because it wasn't from the US I'm assuming it was legal to sell. As long as I don't sell it, it is safe and legal to own, correct? Just like the people who buy from fasttech. It's OK to own, just not sell right? And it was legal to purchase because the item is not trade marked in those countries. Am I correct? I just don't want to own something I could potentially get in trouble for! So I'm assuming the consumer is protected because items were purchased outside the US. That's how I'm understanding it. Correct me if I'm wrong. So the consumer is safe from trademark infringement if item was purchased outside the US. And if the consumer does NOT resell the item inside the U.S. right? Basically I just don't want to get into trouble for owning one! It should be OK because purchased out of the U.S. right? It is a identical clone. Just don't want to be doing anything wrong.

I wouldn't worry about it so far the only clone police I've seen are the self appointed ones ! :)

Of all authentic modders, Atmomixani is easily the most readily available out. by paying international sshipping anyone can own a nemesis by next weekend. you just have to know where to look...

Atmomixani is basically in the same boat as Hana.
    Their registered trademarks
On "by atmomixani" and the steam train are being approved or whatever. The difference is that they havent pursued legal action yet, until it is approved.

This prudent behavior is good IMO. Theres much less of a chance of looking like an ..., as did Hana Modz.

In sure any modder doesnt appreciate having work stolen. As was said, if there are serious issues present on the counterfeit produxt then it will indirectly negatively impact the authentic manufacturer. No question in my mind. Modders work hard and they should be rewarded. Not the thieves.

Think about this: if the original pioneering modders didnt exist, what would the chinese clone?! Nothing, exactly! The clone vapers would also have nothing. Give credit where credit is due....

Build a kit car and sell it with Ferrari logos on it and let me know how it works out for ya...

    As long as:
    A) you are not in the business of selling kit cars - i.e. private owner and seller
    B) you do not claim it as an original

Not a problem :D And I have a beautiful Porscheish 359 convertible in my garage, Targa drive train:2cool:

Hmmm........ Well, I'd still have my 4 different Sigelei models and KTS Storms, all that work great, as well as all my Regulated Mods that are not clones of anything.
    Nice attempt though.

Also, as long as they only register Trade Marks, the Clones will no doubt Keep rolling out, with minor graphical changes. Something I suggested way back and would have preferred. I got a laugh out of the Storm Trooper mod and would own one but AMERICAN VENDERS seem stuck on 1:1 Clones.

    Poker
I'll see your China Manufacturers and Raise you a couple of greedy Retailers.
