now my order wont go through

So I'm trying to buy some hardware at a site I've shopped literally hundreds of times. The order just spins its wheels and won't complete. This has been going on for a couple of days. I contact them and they say a shopping cart software update and specifically the age verification, has broken their site. They said if it continues much longer they'll be out of business. We've been buying booze and porn online since the 90's. Why is age verification still so difficult/ Sigh...

I just made the smallest purchase on the site possible just to see if there was an issue - figuring it might be helpful to double check.

My order (sadly.. lol) went through without issue..no issues with age verification or the order itself.

There seems to be an issue, therefore, on your end.

I contacted them and they said it was their site. I've tried 3 different browsers. I have a very common last name. It could be hung up on that. Check their Facebook. I'm not the only one having trouble. My browsers delete everything on close.

I'm just saying, I checked out just now without issues at all..

you might not be the only person having issues with being age verified, but it's not their system.. It verified me as quickly as every other vape shop that does age verification on me..

You might offer to do a manual age verification.. i.e. by sending them a photo of your ID.. you can blank out your DL # usually.

It finally went through when I used Opera. I never use Opera to shop so it was getting hung up in something in the other 3. I'd tried turning off all the extensions I was using and it didn't help. Interesting.. Thanks for the feed back.

Age verification can be a pain in the ars! Tried to order from a site I have ordered from before and now they require photo ID. Tried that (some info blacked out) and it said not high enough resolution (it was a scan) Set scanner to higher res (which solved that issue) then it said it needed my wife's ID because I used her credit card (and billing address... different from my current shipping address) Bla bla bla... had live chat with manager and finally worked it out but my stress level was through the roof! I would have simply stopped doing business with them, but they were the only one who had what I wanted (and at dirt cheap closeout price) Don't laugh but it was the original Kbox 40W mod for $6.99 I love that thing.
Now I'm waiting on an order from another place that I've used before and it's been days and hasn't even left their location. It's just 3 little bottles of flavor concentrates. Order is so small I got free shipping (would have paid extra if they would just get it out the door and on it's way. I need my dam cinnamon!

That's where I got that RY1 "aroma" from.
Not much "aroma" and definitely not a concentrate.

I have some Hangsen RY1 concentrate (from The Steamery) at 3% steeping right now.
My friend's Dad has been vaping RY1 @ 3% exclusively for over 5 years.
Tag me in a week or so if you're interested if The Steamery's RY1 (labeled as concentrate) is the same as RTS & Nicotine Giant's RY1 <--the good stuff
$20/120ml but $25 for shipping. It still works out as 1/2 of RTS/NG's price.
