Academic Survey Approval

Good afternoon,
One week ago I submitted a request (via the contact button) to post a link to an academic survey I am doing respecting e-cigarettes and the primary reasons people use them. I have since received no response. With deadlines looming on the horizon, I need to know if my survey is approved for posting on this site (and if not, what changes I need to make). With this I mind, could I please request the contact information of the moderator responsible for approving survey posts? I greatly appreciate any help you could give me.
