People dont' realize, but the Coast Guard is all over the world. People tend to think that they guard only our coasts. Nope. They are in the Persian Gulf.

I am, and spent a year boarding everything going in and out of Iraq along with security for the two oil plats. Prior service Jar Head as well. Just hit 20 and they will have to kick me out to get me out. Lol how bout you?

9 years in the Army, on track for 20. Iraq once, fobbit though. Currently stationed in Germany, but deployed to Turkey at a radar site and living the easy life.

Can't wait to get back to the States.

I just have a Provari with a Taifun GT and some Vision Spinners with Evods. I'll rebuild the Evod coils every now and then, but they really aren't that bad to start with. I like them because they are cheap and small; I don't have to worry about them getting messed up when I'm digging out a conex or whatever.

The Taifun is from Germany, BUT I bought it from a U.S. store. I've been thinking about getting a mechanical mod, or a sigelei 20w. Apparently they have a comparable chip to the DNA20 at a much cheaper price.

As far as the 20 years, I'm thinking and hoping that the worst is behind. Once you get acclimated to it, and get that Stockholm Syndrome going full swing, it is a bit easier.
