Advise for wick

Hello again..
I change wick every 2-3 days..
And coil (Kanthal A1) every week..
I doing it right?
I want your opinion and your advise..

The wicking is spot on.

My coils last about 3 months. After removing the wick i Dry burn the coils and rewick and my coil is good as new.

Yes good coils can last a long time.

Don't Dry burn Nickel or Titanium coils.

I use Kanthal, and the resistance will creep up.

I like to build to .8 ohms. When the resistance creeos up to 1 ohm: i rebuild.

Eskie has it right.
With Kanthal, take a look at your coil after removing wick. I use a lighted 8x loupe. Even after dry burning there is a buildup of 'Stuff'. I couldn't not recoil.
SS316 has less buildup.
Buildup comes from juice, yes. But i have a theory that your A/Flow draws in debris from the air too..
