Wismec Realeaux RX200S Ni issue

Hello guys. I've recently bought an RX200S, and fitted an eleaf Melo 3 atomizer with a 0.15 Ni coil installed. I switched to TC Ni mode, and i noticed that when i press the fire button, the "TC Ni" logo on the screen, instantly changes to "TC Ti". As soon as i stop pressing the fire button, it changes back to "TC Ni". I first thought that the atomizer or the coil were not supported, so i replaced them both and fitted a Melo 2 atomizer with an 0.2 Ni CCoil. The problem remained exactly the same. "TC Ni" when the fire button was not pressed, "TC Ti" when pressed. Has anyone experienced the same issue? Would that be a software problem or a hardware one?

Odd- haven't heard of that before. What is the vape like- does it seem to behave normally, and TC working? Does the mod display the correct coil resistance? Have you tried locking the initial resistance to see if that makes any difference? You can try updating the firmware to version 4.0 if you haven't already. For that matter you could reinstall it even if you have V 4.0 to see if it helps.

TC seems to be working, yes. The mod displays the correct value of the resistance and of course i locked the resistance before i used it. I also have reinstalled firmware v.4. ;-) I have already tried these solutions with both atomizers and coils but the problem remains the same...

That sounds to me as the device is somehow recognising the coil as Ti when heated and Ni when not heated. That might be a software problem??
