Beware of the RX200 - Mini USB not working to charge or download

I purchased a RX200 5 weeks ago and the metal connector for the USB fell out and will no longer charge or attach for download any soft ware updates.

I purchased this product from a vape shop in Georgia and am now in Virginia. My wife and I live full time in our 36' motorhome - yes we are retired and I did not keep the box.

I contacted the manufacturer in China as I couldn't get back to the shop I purchased it from and after 10 emails including a jpeg showing the date of purchase, the store name as well as how much I paid for it, I was advised that since I no longer had the box with a serial number on it ,the warranty could not be honored and there is no way that they can determine if the product was produced by them.

I guess that I have learned not to buy anything from them again.

I did purchase a four bay battery charge and three new back up batteries.

Always keep your authentic packaging. Cloning is a huge issue within the vaping industry so I can see why they require some proof of authenticity.

I can understand Cloning issues.

They should have directed me to a nearby store for exchange. At the store the RX200 could have been confirmed that it is authenticity.

I just bought an IPV5. I didn't even consider the RX200 because of the shoddy 510 and also because that thing is hideous to look at.
