Capella's Green Apple Concentrate Question

I was wondering if anyone can suggest a percentage for this? I keep reading that Capella's flavors are weak. I read something that said 15% which seems really high for a concentrate. I don't want to add too much.

I would start at 5% and work your way up with Capella. I might enjoy it at 6%, but you might like it at 8%. Flavor varies on builds too.

Yeah I figured 15% was too high. If I'm mixing it with another flavor and tart and sour would you still start at 5% or more up a little bit?
