This is an add trying to ridicule vapers. Can anyone come up with a government sponsored poster ridiculing smokers? Smokers pay a LOT of money in taxes. Does the government take their money and then disrespect them?

It's not a poster, but these have been all over the TV

ETA: Yes, the government still disrespects smokers, even while taking their money. That's how they get the rest of the people to not bat an eye at the mugging they're doing. It's part of the plan, smokers are dumb and deserve whatever they get.
