Ego C twist issue (Not the center pin issue)

Hello, I have an ego C twist battery, when plugged to the charger it will blink, then the button light stays on, but the charger shows a steady green light. I know this sounds like a centerpin Issue but I have made sure is not, I have uncapped the battery, resoldered the wiring, etc. It will not take charge. (I do have a little electric/electronic expertise) So basically my question is, if anybody has had this issue before and fixed it? Could it be the actually battery cell is dead or a resistance/fuse in the motherboard burnt out?

I have looked for a diagram of the mobo and was unlucky also I have tried Taking it fully apart to try another battery with the circuitry but I haven´t figured out how to remove the voltage dial without breaking the whole thing, fortunately I have other batteries to vape with but you know, you never have enough and personally I love the Ego C twists. I don't suppose that you've tried a different charger for it? My father in law went through a charger every 6-12 months when he was using the twists. They just wear out after a while.

Otherwise, keep in mind that the twists are designed to be used for a while and then tossed.
