I recently started vaping and mixing my own liquids, and have found the DIY-forum here very helpful.

But it is very US-centric when it comes to discussions about vendors and raw-materials. Which is a bit disappointing to me.

With the various "bans" on nic-liquid, advertising etc in different countries, and then combined with the free movement of goods within the EU, I would think there would be quite a few European DIY-er who order their stuff from more sensible and/or less regulated EU countries.

So where do you get your stuff? Which intra-EU/EEA online-vendors happily ship to you? Where do you get good prices? Who has the best customer service?

I'll start with listing where I have ordered from:

Twojliquid.pl

baseliquids, nic (highest is 36mg/ml), FA tobaccos, other flavourings (including malic acid, menthol crystals, Tobacco Absolute), bottles & pipettes. No vaping gear, no pre-mixed liquids.
The site is only in Polish, but with Google translate it is quite understandable. They answer emails (in English) quickly. Shipping is a bit expensive (~15 euros), but nothing else is.

Liberty-flights.co.uk

Carries almost everything (unflavoured nic @ 25 and 50mg/ml - haven't tried it). Free shipping. I have bought cartomizers, atomizers, a few flavours and liquids.
Not cheap (especially not compared to twojliquid), but very established and a good selection.

Ecigoutlet.co.uk

I bought Hangsen-concentrates (very good selection). Very fast shipment, not expensive (non-trackable). They also carry gear, Hangsen DIY-kits and unflavoured liquids (in very small bottles).

Two more I know of, but haven't ordered from yet are:
flavourartexpress.biz
(not only flavourings, they also have some nic-liquid, up to 36mg/ml)

inaweraflavours.com
(Also Polish, their tobaccos and bases (several different varieties, up to 38mg/ml in strength) get good reviews.)

I am now getting to a point where I am no longer "playing around to see if I like this whole thing", so I am starting to get really envious of our US-based fellow vapers with their huge variety of nic-vendors having sales all the time!

For economical reasons I am starting to think about maybe getting my nic in a higher strength, but so far the highest I've seen has been L-F's 52mg/ml.
Or getting bigger bottles - my ~80ml 36mg/ml from twojliquid will soon be used up if I continue mixing experiments* at this rate. L-F offers 250ml bottles, Inawera up to 5 litres (1 litre might be a more suitable size).

Anyone seen 60 mg/ml or even 100 mg/ml for sale within the EU/EEA?

What about really good deals?
Both on nic-liquid and on PG or VG in bigger quantities?

(Any fellow Finns reading this: have you found PG or VG locally at a tolerable price? Pharmacies sell aquous glycerine in smallish bottles, but no pure glycerine. PG I have so far only seen as an ingredient in a cattle product - I wonder if betaine is good to vape?
It irks me to pay lots of money for things that should be really cheap if bought in bulk (or pay oodles for shipping of a cheap product) - and as I'm playing around with extracting my own flavours from tobacco, coffee, spices etc I could well use a few litres each of PG and VG.)

*Yes, I have heard of the idea to mix zero-nic and only add the nic when the taste is good - it doesn't work for me. For me, who mostly only mix tobaccos, the nic is an integral part of the taste and zero nic just doesn't tell me anything about the real taste of a blend. I economize a bit by often mixing lower nic for trying out a taste, but no nic just changes the flavour too much for me.

Thanks, will take a look.

I would like to find a good dealer from US as I think it would be cheaper if they want to sell Internationally.

But won't you have trouble with customs/taxes?

I can order virtually anything from anywhere within the EU/EEA, but from outside the EU I get hit with VAT when the value (which includes shipping!) exceeds 45 euros, and possible customs when the value goes over something like 150 euros.

With shipping usually being in the 10-20 euros range even for rather small parcels (<1 kg), this means it gets rather complicated to calculate the final cost of any larger purchases. Not to mention the hassle of it all (even though this has been made much simpler now, you can pay the VAT and customs online).

Still too much potential hassle and risk of being hit with high customs (I first looked into ordering from China, and tried to figure out under what heading PV-gear and liquids might fall wrt customs so I could get some idea of the final cost - I gave up pretty quickly) for me - that's why I am looking for EU-based vendors.

I shall follow this thread with interest :2cool:

inaweraflavours.com - I would add their mother site, inawera.com - english version is worse looking than the mirror one but there are no limits for minimum orders, at least there wasn't a month ago. My main supplier, very happy with them. Very good prices.

Since I tried almost everything from Inawera, in December went searching for a couple of new flavours, made an order from here: Electronic cigarette and Eliquid - Toscana Mall Shop is located in Romania, no problems, fast, I am satisfied.

Flavour Art's webshop, but I hear their delays in deliveries are not improved, maybe worsened. Planning to get some of their flavours from UK next time (when I spare something from my mods budget, damn, mods develop so fast), maybe from liberty-flights.

Most of the suppliers in UK ship to Europe, I just don't like their prices most of the time :)

For basic vaping hardware, I used Chinese suppliers like Health cabin and Heaven gifts, their policy is not to mark their prices on the packages and I never had one stopped at customs (talking about small packages, no more than a kilo). Those suppliers have unbeatable prices but long wait.

45 euros, you're lucky ones, our limit is lower
And I agree with Tona Aspsusa, shipping from US DOES hurt.

Can you tell me a bit more about Inawera's base-liquids? I am a bit intrigued by their flavoured bases (neutral tobacco and "dirty" iirc).

And what about their tobacco-flavourings? They have so many that it is hard to choose!

How much is the shipping at Inawera?

Thanks. I looked at it, but I wasn't that impressed with the prices - but they do have an impressive assortment of PA and Flavourart flavourings.

If it is FA tobacco's you are after, twojliquid.pl has nearly all of them, and at very reasonable prices. But the shipping is harsh, so it is a good idea to order as much as you can in one go from them (very thorough packaging, and quite quick too).

my favorit provider is this company/onlineshop:
FlavourArt - The Flavors tailors
you have to look on the left site under "Vape Haeven". It is a great company wich produced in italy only with ingretiends from europe.

Have you ordered nic-liquid from them?
It seems quite expensive to me, and I don't understand why there is water in all their unflavoureds.

Sorry for the delay... :)
The Customs seldom stop anything if it's under $75 (500SEK) If a package is stopped then there is a 25% fee plus $15 on the package including shipping. And that is what I'm counting on when ordering. If it goes through it's a bonus and I can order some more

It's no hassle since the postals handles the taxes automatically and for the most items it's still a little bit cheaper in US than from UK.
For an example the ProVari at ENJuice in UK is more expensive a couple of bucks than ordering directly from Provape and pay shipping and taxes. Remember that EU countries have already payed the fees once.
I have my favorite places for everything so I just have to find it for my liquids too.

For DIY-flavouring in larger amounts (20 ml or more): Vapeheaven flavourings from Flavourart-Italy. Most times delivery takes 2-3 weeks, but sometimes much longer, so order not at the latest moment. Flavourart flavourings in 5 ml-amounts are sold in a lot of webshops in Europe. See the list of Eu-resellers on website Flavourart-Italy.

For PG and VG, both pharmaceutical grade:
- Smaller amounts; Flavourart-Italy
- Larger amounts; cig-eliquid / E cigarette Top quality e-liquid base for DIY mixing

For Nic-liquid:
For 52 mg/100 ml; cig-eliquid / E cigarette Top quality e-liquid base for DIY mixing
For 75 or 100mg/100 ml: ##NicVape## - Online Store

52 mg/100 ml nic is more safe to work with, with 75or 100 mg/ml nic you must be extremely careful when handling the stuff, but for stocking because of a ban it can be handy to do it with 100 mg/ml nic. Both Cig-eliquid (UK) and Nicvape (USA) have good prices, quick delivery, very good Nic-liquid and customer service.

When ordering a larger amount nic-liquid at Cig-eliquid(UK) you get a free spiky refiller, or you can order it for cheap separately. These are very handy for filling/dripping cartomizers and atomizers. Injection needles are no more needed. Highly recommended!

If I order at NicVape (USA) 125 or 250 ml nic-liquid, till now no problems with customs or paying extra taxes at the border. Shipment choice USPS First-Class here is most cheap and very fast: delivery to my house takes less than 1 week.

Thanks! This was one I didn't know about.

And the customs/post in Sweden & the Netherlands seems to be a bit laxer than here (at least from what I've heard) - lucky you! (Not that I actually mind the principle so much - it's just that I think a more suitable limit for when they start demanding VAT and customs should be something around 200 euros instead of the 45 euros or the 22 euros I read somewhere that some even less lucky EU-compatriots have to deal with.)

How much is the shipping at Inawera?
Regarding bases, I stick to the clean ones - PG ecobaza, VG biobaza and VPG. No weird smell/taste from them, pretty happy with those. Dirty and Universal bases - never tried, since my desires for tobacco taste not that big already ;) From what I've read form other people, they like it, some with tobacco flavours, some with very small quantities of tobbaco flavour, some even like them as they are and vaping them without adding flavour.

Shipping: in euro - 5.40 up to 500 gr, 8.70 up to 1 kg, just as ref. points, there are other values in between and maybe less for 100-200 gr.

Tobacco flavours - oh, here are so many of them and I am so not good in flavours reviews. Plus it's so individual, there are flavours I love that other people hate. Do a forum search with keyword "inawera" some of them are reviewed here, better than I could. (like here http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/flavor-reviews/225215-inawera-flavors.html and here http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/diy-e-liquid/200951-inawera-flavors.html etc.). At one point long time ago I found reviews don't help me much so I tried them flavours with brute force method - buying them dozen by dozen :p
