Not impartial at all, big tobacco is proof right there. It's fine to sell cancer sticks but a safer, cheaper, healthier version (vaping) is under scrutiny. Makes no sense.

I would prefer if they stayed out of vaping. There is no common sense at the FDA, just a political money grab. The are certainly not looking out for us.

Honestly, I think most of the folks in the FDA are probably well-meaning. I don't even disagree that some oversight of vaping might not be entirely out of line. But the regulations that were handed down were way over-the-top. Somebody got way too overzealous. Instead of providing some checks on quality, they adopted regulations that will stifle the industry.

A lot of folks think it was a conspiracy to do exactly that. I'm more inclined to believe that they didn't entirely think out the consequences of the regulations they passed. I tend to believe more in ignorance than in malevolence.

I aagree guys but We might all be out of business SO DIY is the way to go we knew this years ago

so spread the word and help people make their own cause we will all be able to get vg pg etc..

Good post and I agree, measured thought is more relevant than knee jerk reaction to understanding the situation, the difference being it leaves the possibility of correcting that ignorance.

I agree we need some sort of regulations but what the FDA did was way over the top it only suits the need of special interests and big tobacco
