Has anyone heard of a ecig from VaporTech (actually website says VaporTechUSA)?

Bought two of these at Quartzite, Arizona recently from a vendor and really don't know what I have, have emailed from their website to ask about it with no response and want to know if any vendors besides them sell them or what it actually is, not real info on it.
