ty very much..the only question so far if you could anwer me please before i do something i dont know is if panasonic ncr 18650 3400 mah(not protected i said) are good or maybe good enough to work on my eleaf istick 100w tc mod..i dont want it to explode in my face or something..please can you give me some help and tips?

No, you can not use that battery. It is only 6.8A CDR. You need a battery that is rated 20A CDR

Here are some options for 20A batteries (in descending mAh):

• AW 3000 mAh 20A CDR
• LG HG2 3000 mAh 20A CDR
• Samsung 30Q 3000 mAh 20A CDR
• Sony VTC5 2600 mAh 20A CDR
  
• LG HE2 or HE4 2500 mAh 20A CDR
• Samsung 25r 2500 mAh 20A CDR
