In need of a merchant account that caters for non US/Canadian Businesses

I am based in Asia and currently unable to find a suitable payment processor for a new ecigs selling business I am wanting to begin.

Require one that can process cards visa, mastercard etc and do not care whether it is third party or a complete merchant account.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.
