Had a problem with the Itaste VRT, it was registering the batteries when inserted but not turning on, i decided that this must be a button issue due to the device not seeming to register the 3 click on function. unscrewed the button panel using a little precision screwdriver set to find that there is a silver button plate sat on top of a white 'clicky' rubber button inside. to either side of this there is a sort of rubber side wall that the silver button plate rests on top of. one of the the rubber side walls had bent inwards jamming between the silver button plate and the white 'clicky' button stopping the plate pressing the button. i just moved it back into place sat the silver plate back in position and screwed back together! Hey Presto, a working VTR again!
