I had no idea this lawsuit was even going on. This is HUGE!! Basically, if joyetech had not won, a major Big tobacco company would have held the patents for the original e-cigarettes. It would have been a devastating blow to the industry if this case had been lost.

Good for US! If Joyetech had lost, one of the leading cigarette companies would have had a huge hand in the vaping industry. The last thing we need is to have Big Tobacco controlling our manufacturers, and they would have been able to charge a patent fee on our gear. This is a huge win for us.
