Anyone have a credible unbiased article or link about just nicotine and it's effects?

I've tried searching on internet and all the articles I've found always seem to tie it to cigarette smoking and it's dangers. Any help would be appreciated.

Here is an article that is interesting and informative on Nicotine.. It sites dependence.. instead of addiction.. opening the idea that if a body needs something to survive better it will crave it.. or if someone is satisfied with it then they continue it..
