i was messing with my vape when the battery fell out then when I put it back in it sparked and wouldn't turn on at all. Then I plugged it in and the battery carging flashes and it gives the 9.99 ohms error and the battery life indicator flashes to different charged points and when I unplug it it continues not to work

Sounds like you dropped the mod, and from a considerable height if the battery came out of the compartment. That compartment doesn't just fall open.

I'd be willing to bet that the impact that caused the battery compartment to open also damaged the mod's circuitry, rendering it inoperable at best and downright dangerous to use at worst.
