I found I had to vary my build a little for the Kraken. I've been used to RSST's for the last couple years, and I had to do a little groping around to get it where I wanted it. It took an extra loop on the coil and a bit shorter and thinner wick but the 400 mesh and 26 kanthal combination does now produce the .7 ohm vape I'm used to with a 6/5 wrap instead of the 5/4 wrap I used on the RSST. It's a bit warmer, owing to the smaller chamber of the Kraken. I find I like it.
I also find that with the Kraken my coil gunks up a lot faster for some reason, and I've yet to figure out why. Perhaps because of the smaller chamber.
