Leaking reactor tank

Reactor tank leaking.. Tips?
Was wondering if anyone has any tips on getting a reactor tank from nhaler to stop lleaking
this is version 2 of the tank and it is only a month or so old, but has leaked from the first time uused


I can let it sit overnight and in the morning, the entire tank has run out


it looks great and works good except for the leaking
