Stay away from the firefly kits i bought one from liberty flights and the batteries were dead on arrival and they never replaced the kit after i contacted TY multiple times. STAY AWAY from them. This company needs to be banned from this site because they sold me a defective product and didn't refund me or replace the unit. Feel free to contact me i can show you the multiple emails i sent to there company and the complaint i filled with the better business bureau.

I've been buying from LF (and recommending them to fellow vapers) for over two years. Never had a problem. My emails have always been responded to. I once received a battery that didn't work as well as I expected it to work and Ty shipped a replacement the next day--no questions asked.

If you have a problem with the merchandise, send a (polite) email to customer service at LF and explain your issue.

Agreed. LF has always lived up to their end of the bargain as far as I am concerned and when I have called them I have received prompt, professional service. I am still using a Riva 510 battery purchased in December of 2010. Granted, this particular battery is unusual for its longevity, but I certainly got my $8 (or whatever it was I spent on it) out of it. I have had atomizers crap out before their time, and I did have a charger literally fall apart but I never bothered to contact LF about this because PVs are a consumable product. When I've had DOA issues, they've taken care of it ASAP with no arguments.
