I like this:

It is the responsibility of those who support such a ban to demonstrate what evidence they have to support it.

The problem is, the 'evidence' cited by those who support such bans is often junk and and their bias is such that they refuse to consider information that contradicts their position.

This appears to be well written, in some cases using their own information against them, but I haven't had a chance to fully review it. I do know that it will be challenged just because :

To my mind, that doesn't automatically discount what they say, it just means that an analysis and review of their work has to stand up to scrutiny as should be the case for all works put forward as evidence.
