There is an etiquette to vaping, and evidently Cyrus doesnt know it.

First, its not a "vape pen", only druggies call them that.

Second, if you ask to try someones mod, you should use your own drip tip or provide a silicone cover to prevent unwanted germs.

Third, I dont blame DiCaprio one bit. There's no telling where her mouth has been.
