The RCP doesn't say anything us peons haven't been saying from the start but they are respected, they beat the US Surgeon General by a couple of years about smoking and illness back in the 60's, and they have been around for 500 years! (Founded in 1518 AD. They were functioning 100 years before the Pilgrims landed at Plymouth Rock.)
Their position proves the controversy over ecigs has nothing to do with science, which everybody already knows but won''t acknowledge. It's about everything else, the politics, the money, and--the money. This is a sea change in the conversation. It means we are all experts, on an equal footing with all the self appointed pseudo experts who claim we have to do what they say because they know something we don't. Bah humbug. This is political, nothing more, nothing less.
